Screen is black

If you experience that the screen remains blank, shows no signal or flickers, follow these troubleshooting steps to quickly identify and possibly resolve the problem.

  • Step 1.

    Restart the screen by disconnecting the power cord for a few seconds. If any external devices are connected to the screen, apply the same procedure to them.

  • Step 2.

    Confirm that all cables are securely connected.

  • Step 3.

    Ensure there's a stable network connection to the screen.

  • Step 4.

    If the screen features a power switch, verify it's set to the 'ON' position.
