Now that you have your media library filled with content, it's time to send it to your screens!  The most flexible and easy way to send content to screens is using the Broadcast function.

A broadcast is created by answering 3 simple questions When, Where and What.

  1. When = when you want your broadcast to play (+ advanced features takeover & triggers)

  2. Where = on what screens, locations or parts of screens you want it to play

  3. What = what content you want to broadcast

Clicking on [broadcast] in the side menu takes you to a list of your current broadcasts, it is probably empty by now - so let's create a new one. Click [new broadcast] and select [standard] in the dropdown. And the broadcast creator will open up.

💡 Tips for screen filtering!

For ease and efficiency in screen selection, it is crucial to tag your screens with relevant tags according to their purpose and placement. Use descriptive tags like for example: “entrance”, “menu”, “campaign table 1”, “Cashier”, “Window screen”. Then use the screen tags filter to quickly select specific screens across all locations. You can also combine screen tags with a location filter if you want to specify what locations you want to include or exclude in the filter.

What

What is where you select the content you want to broadcast. Drag the images, videos or signs you want from the media drawer to the drop zone to start building a playlist. The playlist can consist of one or more media files and will play according to the order of the playlist, top to bottom. Use the drag handle and move content up or down to change the order of the playlist.
