Before diving in, let's ensure your system meets the requirements for using our platform. You will need:

The latest version of the Chrome browser.
Internet access.
A IXM Aqua account.

New to IXM Aqua

To get access to IXM Aqua you first need to create an account for your user by following these steps:

Click on the activate account link in the invitation email.
Fill in your name and set your password, and your account is activated.

Note: The link is only valid for 7 days; after that, you will need to contact your administrator to send you a new one.

ℹ️ If you are the first user on the account, the invitation will be administered by your sales representative. Your account administrator can invite additional users.
