What is Signage Player

Signage Player is a web based CMS that communicates with screens. It is a powerful tool that allows you to plan and distribute content on any number of screens whenever you want.

Before diving in, let's ensure your system meets the requirements for using our platform. You will need:

• The latest version of the Chrome browser.

• Internet access.

• A Signage Player account.

New to Signage Player

To get access to Signage Player you first need to create an account for your user by following these steps:

1. Click on the activate account link in the invitation email.

2. Fill in your name and set your password, and your account is activated.

Note: The link is only valid for 7 days; after that, you will need to contact your administrator to send you a new one.

ℹ️ If you are the first user on the account, the invitation will be administered by your sales representative. Your account administrator can invite additional users.
