Templates are pre-designed layouts that you can populate with your own images, videos, text. Templates can also be prepared for integrations with other systems and API's, allowing them to dynamically adjust and display data depending on the integration. Examples of integrations could be weather forecasts, travel data, or prices.

Create a sign from a template
To start creating from a template in the media library, click on [new media] and then [create sign from template] in the dropdown. Select the template you want to open up new sign editor. The file created from a template is called a sign and is saved in your media library. Signs can be added to screen- and broadcast playlists exactly like images and videos. You can create as many signs as you want from a template.

Preview
The right side shows a preview of your sign. This is how your sign will look on a screen. Some templates are responsive and supports more than one format, for example portrait and landscape. Click another format to make the preview show it.
Input fields
On the left side you have your input fields. This is were you input text, add media and style your sign to your liking. You can access your media library files from the media drawer on the right. Simply drag and drop media from it to a input field and it will be added to your sign. Clicking a media added to the sign opens up the image editor where you can modify and crop images to your liking.
Saving a sign
To save your sign click [save] in the top right corner. The sign is now saved in your media library and ready to be broadcasted to a screen.
Editing signs
A created sign can be edited by clicking [edit sign] on it in the media library or directly in playlists. When saving your edits the sign will be updated everywhere it is currently is used.
